A contract is formed once a written order is received and confirmed by Harvest Energy. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order without obligation in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or unavailability of materials.

Warranty covers manufacturing and installation defects but excludes general wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders for custom-made products (e.g., bespoke windows, doors) cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun. Refunds are subject to review and approval based on the nature of the request and work completed.
